Do you offer free estimates and quotes?
Yes, we provide free estimates for all lawn care, landscaping, pressure washing, and snow removal services. We’ll assess your property and give you a clear, upfront quote with no obligation.
How do you handle client complaints or issues?

Do you bag or mulch lawn clippings?
While we can bag clippings upon request, we highly recommend mulching as it naturally fertilizes your lawn by returning essential nitrogen.
Do you offer seasonal cleanups?
Absolutely. We handle both Spring and Fall cleanups to get your property ready for the changing seasons and to keep everything looking clean and maintained.

What surfaces can you safely clean?
Everything from driveways, siding, decks, and roofs. We even offer RV exterior cleaning!
Are your solutions safe for pets and plants?
Yes! We also pre and post wash all surrounding surfaces to ensure all solution is rinsed appropriately.
Will pressure washing damage paint or siding?
If the correct technique is used, no. We follow a professional process to limit the amount of pressure to surfaces.
Snow Removal
Do you clear sidewalks, driveways, and roofs?
Yes. We provide, upon request, full service snow and ice removal.
At what snowfall depth do you start service?
Our standard depth is 1". This helps prevent slip hazards from snow and ice buildup.
Do you require contracts or pay as you go?
We offer flexible billing options, including budget billing contracts to help spread out costs. Customers can also save with discounts when bundling multiple services or signing a service agreement.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
We recommend mowing every 7–14 days, depending on weather and how fast your grass is growing. Consistent mowing helps your lawn grow thicker and healthier, improves curb appeal, and prevents issues like weeds, pests, and lawn disease caused by overgrown grass.
What lawn services can you provide?
All basic lawn care services such as mowing, trimming, and edging. We also offer simple fertilization programs, aeration, and overseeding.
Do you install hardscaping?
Yes! We offer hardscaping services to help bring your outdoor space to life, from patios and walkways to retaining walls and custom features.
Do you use soft washing or high-pressure cleaning?
Typically, our standard is a soft washing technique. Based on the surface and condition, we will use high-pressure to ensure the best results.
How often should I have my property pressure washed?
Homes should be washed yearly to help prevent mold, mildew and algae buildup which can cause damage to your property.
Do you use salt, sand, or other de-icing materials?
If requested, we will provide these for an additional charge.
